What Is a Scoreboard Template?

A scoreboard template is a pre-designed framework for tracking and displaying scores during games, competitions, or sporting events.

These templates save time by providing a ready-made structure that can be printed, displayed digitally, or projected, eliminating the need to create a scoreboard layout from scratch.

Our Scoreboard Template provides a clean and organized way to track scores, rankings, and notes for multiple teams or players across several rounds.

What’s included

  • Multi-round scoring columns for up to 50 participants: The template includes dedicated columns for Rounds 1, 2, and 3, allowing you to log individual round scores for up to 50 teams or players in a single, organized view without additional sheets or documents.
  • Automatic total and rank calculation fields: Each row includes a pre-built Total column that aggregates scores across all three rounds, along with a Rank column that reflects the standing order, providing organizers and participants with an at-a-glance summary of competition results without manual tallying.
  • Team/Player name column for clear participant identification: The leftmost column is dedicated to entering team or individual player names, keeping every row clearly labeled and ensuring scores are always tied to the correct participant throughout the competition.
  • Notes column for supplementary context: The final column on the right, highlighted in a bold dark navy header, provides a free-text space to log disqualifications, tiebreaker details, penalties, or any other relevant commentary on a per-participant basis.

It is fully flexible, allowing you to add or remove columns as needed to fit the specific requirements of your competition or event.
