How to Use Our Cash Receipt Template

1. Access this cash receipt template and choose from Excel, Word, PDF, or customize it in Google Docs or Sheets.

2. Enter your company information at the top of the template, including your company name, email, address, phone number, and logo.

3. Fill in the customer details under “Received From,” along with the payment date, receipt number, payment method, and salesperson.

4. List the items supplied by entering the quantity and price for each. The template will automatically calculate the line totals for you.
