2. Complete your organization’s name and location details, add inventory specialist information, and specify the completion date. Enter the manager’s name and inspection date, capturing additional information in the Notes section.

3. Complete the Item Details section by documenting all essential product identification and specification information:

  • Item Code: Enter the unique identifier or SKU assigned to track this specific inventory item.
  • Item Name: Record the complete product name or description as it appears in your catalog.
  • Category: Specify the product classification or department grouping for organizational purposes (furniture, electronics, kitchenware, books & media, etc.).
  • Quantity: Include the exact number of units being moved or transferred.
  • Condition: Document the current state of the item (new, good, broken, poor, etc.).
  • Dimensions: Add the physical measurements (length × width × height) and weight specifications.

4. Fill in the Packing & Handling section by recording all protective packaging and care requirements:
