How to Use Our Service Receipt Template
1. Get this service receipt template in Excel, Word, or PDF, or make your own version in Google Sheets or Docs.
2. At the top of the template, enter your company information, including your company name, email, address, phone number, and logo.

3. Fill in the customer’s details under “Bill To,” along with the payment date, receipt number, and payment method.
