How to Use Our Wedding Inventory Spreadsheet Template
1. Export this template to Excel or PDF format, or generate a personal copy within your Google Sheets account.
2. Supply your business name, street location, and stock supervisor particulars with the conclusion date. Document the administrator’s name and the timestamp of the assessment. Take advantage of the Notes field for any additional information.

3. Complete the Item Details section by entering all essential wedding-related information:
- Item ID: Enter the unique identifier assigned to each wedding item for inventory tracking and organization.
- Item Name: Specify the complete name and description of the wedding item (e.g., “Gold Chiavari Chairs,” “Crystal Centerpiece Vases”).
- Category: Select the appropriate classification (Decor & Ambiance, Furniture & Equipment, Tableware & Dining, Attire & Accessories, etc.).
- Quantity: Record the total number of units available for this particular item.
- Condition: Document the current state of each item (New, Good, Fresh, Fair, etc.).

4. Track financial and acquisition data in the Acquisition & Cost section for budget management:
- Status: Indicate whether the item is ordered, received, in use, booked, etc.
- Price Per Item: Enter the individual cost or rental rate for each unit for accurate pricing calculations.
- Total Cost: The template automatically calculates or records the complete expense for all units of this item.
